This project involved internal alterations side and rear extensions to an existing dwelling in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. Working on a constrained site required innovative structural solutions included balanced beam foundations and a steel framed superstructure.

Internal alterations improved the quality of the space, including improvements to light, movement and views . The rear extension was constructed using masonry and a slender steel structure and timber roof structure.

The extension created new dining, living, and kitchen areas.
