This project involved internal alterations as well as side and rear extensions to an existing dwelling in Borrisoleigh, Co. Tipperary. The existing structure underwent substantial modification including removal of all load-bearing internal walls at Ground Floor.

Working with Dermot Bannon Architects, the project featured on RTE Television Show Room to Improve.

The side and rear extension were constructed using masonry and a slender steel structure and timber roof structure.
