This project involved internal alterations and a steel framed rear extensions to an existing dwelling in Naas, Co. Kildare. A large opening was formed in the rear wall of the existing house to allow the open-plan area to flow into the extension.

A steel frame was used for the extension, including to frame a light shelf which prevents glare in the extension .

The extension created new dining, living, and kitchen areas, enhancing connection to the garden.
